Last week we showed an enthusiastic group of AECB members around the nearly completed Coldhill Lane Passivhaus.
All efforts onsite are concentrated on completing the external fabric including the charred timber cladding. The MVHR and heat pump are now commissioned and interiors are awaiting fixtures and fittings. The final air test is soon to be carried out.
